Email support@gethone.in. Please include your account email and, if something looks wrong, the screen you were on — it makes a fix far quicker.
Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, open the login screen, enter your email and password, and tap Resend confirmation email. Confirmation links work once, and only on the device that signed up — so open the link on your phone, not a computer.
Settings → Data → Export all trades (CSV). It contains every trade you have logged, opens in any spreadsheet, and imports back into Hone In. It's free and does not require a subscription.
There is also Export review pack, which produces a Markdown summary of your statistics and trades formatted for pasting into an AI assistant, along with a suggested prompt.
One R is what you risked on a trade — the distance between your entry and your stop-loss, multiplied by your position size. A trade that returns twice what you risked is +2R.
R lets you compare a small trade and a large one honestly, which currency amounts cannot. It is why most figures in Hone In are shown in R rather than rupees or dollars.
Because there isn't enough data yet. Hone In will not describe a pattern drawn from a handful of trades — a 40% win rate across five trades is one trade away from 60%, and presenting that as a finding would be misleading. Sections fill in as your journal grows.
Price lookup is optional and depends on a free public data source. It can be unavailable, and it does not cover every instrument. You can always type the current price in by hand, which is what the figure is based on either way.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. It removes your account, every trade, your tags and your chart images permanently, and cannot be undone.
Export your data first if you might want it later — the screen offers this before you confirm.
Trades belong to the account that recorded them. Signing in with a different email shows that account's journal, which will be empty if it is new. Sign out and back in with the original address.
If something is wrong with a number, tell us which screen, what it showed, and what you expected. Hone In's statistics are calculated on your device from your own entries, so it is usually possible to work out exactly what happened.
